GENERAL
  • Where is the store based?
- We're based in Malaysia!
  • Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we do. If you receive a message saying we don't ship to your area it may be due to Stripe not supporting payment to Malaysia. In this case, you may go to our Etsy store or contact us.
  • What is the store's currency?
- USD
  • How do i pay?
- Payment is by card/debit via Stripe.


ORDERS
  • Is there tracking?
- Yes! Orders can be tracked using the Pos Malaysia tracking website
  • When will my order be shipped?
- It takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks for in stock items to be shipped. If you ordered a preorder item, it'll be shipped once the product(s) are available.
  • Why have i not received my order?
- If you haven't received your parcel after 3 months, it may have been returned to us. This may be due to buyer entering the wrong address or errors in transit. If this happens, please contact us so we may sort out the problem within our capabilities.
  •  Return policy
- We do not accept returns. Customer will get a refund.
  • What if i want to change my address?
- Please contact us if you need to fix/change your address before the item(s) are shipped. Make sure to double check your address to see if it's correct.
  • Can i cancel my order/ask for refund?
- Once an order is placed, all sales are final.
  • Wrong item or quantity/ item is damaged or broken
- If it's only a minor damage, we cannot help you. If the item is broken or missing quantity, we will replace said item with a new one/ add the missing quantity. Please provide proof of condition with photo(s) or video(s) of your order.
